Hey, I hope you are well. I have been having issues when I make a call from HubSpot; the call is not uploaded into the contact record. Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi Clay, could you provide more details on what you might mean by the call is not uploaded into the contact record? 

Are you using our HubSpot integration? If so you will need to enable call logging either through a manual disposition or through the auto call logging toggle on the settings page. 

Then calls will be logged and recorded in HubSpot to either a matching phone number or to a new contact created in the system.
