We are a counseling center that would prefer to text clients rather than email for last minute appointments. Can we send a group text bcc (blind carbon copy)? Or do we need to purchase a third party app for this? It would be very helpful to have this feature.

You can use this app to broadcast messages to recipients. For now, you will need to send a request to provision your number to support high volume SMS, or request for your TF number to support SMS to be able to use the app. But the next release of the app will also support standard (new name is enhanced business) SMS, which means you can use the app with any number you have under your account which support SMS.
