Don't have access on an account where I'm the only person?

I'm trying to login to a sandbox that is saying that I don't have access, but I'm the only person on the account?


What would be the cause of this?

What is the url you tried to login? Could you login your RingCentral developer portal at all?

What is your sandbox account id or main company number?
