Error Code WAP-100 "Authentication cookie is not presented in request!",Error Code: WAP-100 "Authentication cookie is not presented in request!"

When clicking to access the Online Account Portal we continue to het the following error. This happens with any account that is logged in, even with Super Admin access.

When trying to access the Online Account portal, we continue to get this error regardless of which account is logged in and trying to access it, even with super admin account privilege.
