FAX API - Download fax confirmation using C#

Is it possible to use C# to download fax confirmation in pdf or image after it is sent? I went through API references and it looks like I can only download the metadata. I am wondering whether the pdf or image of the confirmation is available or not.

    Hi Anirban,

    Does the attachment have confirmation information? I am looking for the confirmation that has sent date and result like fax machine prints. Below is the example.
