If someone sends me text message in my Ringcentral number, where can I view those text messages?

Where do I need to search in my account?

You can install softphone application in your mobile or install RingCentral phone app in your desktop to get all your messages, fax, attachment etc

You can also read the message content using messaging API

https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/message-store/<message id>/content/<attachment id>

using your message id and attachment id
