Hello,

Does RingCentral integrate with the HaloPSA ticketing system?  I’m looking to have a ticket created automatically for every incoming call.

I have never seen or heard of such an integration. So I guess that the answer is no.


If there is no integration available that we know of… what about using the screen pop (URL) feature within RingCentral App?

I am able to enter a URL into the RingCentral App so when a call is answered it opens a webpage for our techs to begin creating a ticket.

What would be awesome is if RingCentral passed the ANI to HaloPSA and HaloPSA prepopulated the client info if the ANI was found in HaloPSA.
