It seems that some updates have been pushed out recently regarding the Hubspot/RingCentral connection. Anyone have any kind of documentation on best practices for setup? I like how they moved the dialing window to be housed within RingCentral directly but our teams are encountering what seems to be a lot of bugs. Can anyone help? Also looking for some kind of documentation on what has been updated in the latest release.

I met the similar issue when I tried to connect the RingCentral with Hubspot CRM that the system shows me that there is a mismatch between the scopes in the install URL and the app’s configured scopes.

After we’ve downloaded the extension from the chrome and tried to login and connect to the hubspot shown in the following picture.
