Does anyone else who has an integratio with HubSpot have issues with the speed in which the RingCentral XS configuration pulls the data from HubSpot into the generated Calling List?
Currently our system is only pulling 11.6 records per minute from HubSpot into the RingCentral calling list.
A list of 10,000 customers from HubSpot will take half a day to be generated.Â
I was taking a look into the Studio scripts for the XS scripts specifically and I can see some code snippets that mention “Get Records” limit but not exactly sure if this is what we want to edit. Also, not sure if changing this will end up breaking anything. It seems as though since the initial implementation is over with, we have no one to consult with since RingCentral support didn’t configure anything, it was the 3rd party consulting agency who works with RingCentral.
