Message sends have been failing for the last 24 hours with SendingFailed status. I don’t see any issues in the developer dashboard, and I don’t see a way to get more information from the API.

This is a mission-critical application that has been working for many months. Any ideas on how to debug this to the next level of detail?

I created a support ticket as well.

My company is dead in the water until this is fixed - where do I turn for help? I’ve submitted a ticket but have received no response in a couple of hours.


This can be a specific issue on your account TCR. So you should wait for the support team to check your account and get back to you via the support case.
