The new app needs to send transactional SMS messages to team members. We were able to send a bunch of successful text messages via Sandbox and would like to Graduate, yet there is no API call count. Nothing is happening. I can't Graduate. Please advise.
How did you authenticate the app to send test messages? None of the developers in your account has generated a JWT token so I wonder how could you test your app which requires authentication using JWT token flow.
Also your sandbox has only 1 user who is a super admin and it's you and the log show no inbound/outbound message.
