I downloaded the desktop application.But after pressing (Ctrl + F2) , no option shows to select the sandbox mode.

Or do you mean the RC app?
Anyway, the Ctrl + F2 is for the RingCentral Phone for Desktop. And if you want to use the RC app, use the sandbox Web app.
