Plantronics Hub not detected

Hi All,

I have installed Plantronics Hub on my computer (Mac running 12.6.1) but I cannot get either the RC App or RC Phone to detect Plantronics HUb. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both and still get the same behavior - can anyone advise what can be done to get it working?

Hub is version 3.24.0|Build 36336

RC is 22.4.21.5727 Mac (Intel) 2022-11-22 02:51:32
