I am aware that Redtail creates activities to log calls.
It has worked fine until today when a particular user seems to be added as an attendee on another users call log. I have searched everywhere in RingCentral App Connect and Redtail for a setting but can’t find anything to change.
To clarify. The attendee is getting an email with the open/closed activity. When I went into the contact record, there are actually TWO activities, 1 for each attendee.
We are stumped.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
