I have downloaded the Ringcentral App in Bitrix , following the install instructions but Rincentral still will not make/receive calls via Bitrix24.

I can make a call using the RC Phone app and can see the call list in Bitrix but no actual calling via Bitrix.

I have asked Bitrix24 support and they say I need to approach Ringcentral for support and resolution .

Has anyone got this working and what is the magic process?
