SMS Message cannot be sent with URL in SMS

Hey

Recenlty our ringcentral number cannot send out any SMS containing our company's webstie URL or our company's URL for booking appointment. Has anyone been experiecning similar issue ?

The SMS messages with the same URL used to be dleivered fine with no issue.

I am sure that the URL does not match with what your company declared in the SMS TCR campaign.

Submit a customer support ticket for getting help.
