How is it possible in 2025 that I cannot have all of my Salesforce Accounts, Clients, Leads sync to RingCentral RingEx as Contacts (for all RC users)?
This wasn’t even part of my vetting process because it’s so obvious this should already exist as part of the Salesforce integration.
My users literally don’t know who is calling and texting them without manually searching Salesforce to find the name that matches the phone number.
What am I missing??
