Could some explain the scenario for call status "proceeding" for both party's?
We got a call events (outbound call) from ring central through web hook subscription and We could see both parties(party1 and party2) call status showing "proceeding". Through out the call We didn't receive any "Answered" status events for both parties. After 80 seconds we got disconnected events then call was disconnected from both parties.
Need to understand the scenario when both parties will show "proceeding" status without answered status
Could you please let me know whether call will be record or not in ring central if call will be disconnected without getting answered status?
