Why will the emergency address setting not update? US location

Emergency Address will not update. I'm being asked to update the emergency address when I make an outgoing call. I've confirmed all details including the zip code. In the past I've had no issues confirming the emergency address location setting. I've not been able to make outgoing calls all day as I keep getting the error message: Sorry, something went wrong on our end, we weren't able to save the update. Try again later. when I select Confirm.
