Q: Is it possible to set a name as the caller ID instead of a number?

A: You can setup caller ID name for your company number and specific numbers in the account. You may view these links which includes an interactive demo on how to them.

Q: Will there be call recording options for longer storage? More/Longer than 90 days?

A: For the call recording, RingCentral Data Retention Policy states 90 days for automatic and on-demand call recording and no changes for now. However, you may look into options in which you can store those recordings and have longer access to them. You may view them here.

Q; Are there plans for RingSense AI to integrate with the Phone app? It works in the RC main app but our CRM autodials form the Phone App.

A:There is currently not a plan for that, and we recommend they use the full application and update their CRM integration to that so they stay up-to-date and get full RingEX functionality.

Q: How do you know if you have RingEX or Standard?
A: RingEX is our brand; the available packages are Core, Advanced, and Ultra.

Q: Has RC figured out a way for a use to decline a call one time so that way the use doesn't have to continually decline the call until someone else answers? This is for small office with 4 people,

A: We recommend using call handling settings to get the behavior you're looking for.

Q: Where exactly was the admin control for disallowing users to use DND?
A: Admins can find this setting under Users > User Details > Settings & Permissions to manage individually or in bulk via a User Settings template to provision DND control for multiple users.

Q: There was a mention with an integration with google sheets, is there one for excel as well?

A: Not at this time, but Google Sheets should be compatible to download into Excel.

Q: Can the AI note taking be set up for desk phones

A: For enabling AI Transcription for desk phones, you may vote here:

Q: I have a co worker who relies on hearing aids and needs closed captions. She can use the closed captions successfully during one-on-one calls, but they do not work when is joins a three-way call. Is there a solution to fix this issue?

Q: How much is AutoReceptionist and is it included in some of the packages? If so what packages include auto-receptionist?

A: RingCentral AI Receptionist is currently an add-on product to RingEX. For the pricing, the first month includes 100 free minutes then any usage beyong the 100 minutes in the first month will be subject to overcharge at $0.20 per minute. For more details regarding the trial and pricing offers, you may reach out to your Account Manager.
