We’re using the new RingCentral for Hubspot integration with the auto-logging call integration. Everything is going great except for voicemails. The voicemail recording is not attaching to the record (or the transcript). Is there any setting we can enable to fix this?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not embed or upload voicemail recordings today for playback into HubSpot. if this is something that is needed you can request it to be implemented on our ideas portal.
