Hey, everybody! Maybe someone's had a run-in? I read in the instructions how to open international calls.
https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Enable-Disable-International-Calling-Feature.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US

I enabled the necessary settings according to the instructions, but had no success. What did I do wrong?

While making a call, the system says: The destination is disabled for your account.

@Sergio_XVII,

Here are some steps to check:

  1. Destination Restrictions & Whitelisting: RingCentral blocks outgoing calls to certain international destinations to reduce fraud risks. If you're trying to reach a blocked or blacklisted destination, you’ll need to request that the destination be whitelisted. To do this:

    • Download the Agreement for Whitelisting International Phone Numbers Form.
    • Fill it out with the necessary details, including the desired destination, your customer info, signature, and title.
    • Submit the form via your RingCentral support case page, choosing Phone as the product and Other as the category.
    • Once submitted, RingCentral will process the request, and you’ll be updated within 48 hours.
      To learn more about this, check the the KB article HERE.
  2. Recheck the Destination: Double-check the country code and phone number format. If you're calling a country not covered by your plan, you may see the "destination disabled" message.

If you’ve checked these factors and the issue persists, please reach out to RingCentral Support for further troubleshooting. They'll be able to assist with unblocking destinations or adjusting your account settings.
