Whenever I try to log in I get this error “This redirect failed because URL blocked. Please contact our support.”

Hello @MDAGUMAN, Could you please elaborate on how you're logging in?

I have this exact same issue trying to log in through the Ring Central website, using Microsoft Edge as my web browser. I type in my username and password and am greeted with that same message.

Same message, using Chrome, Opera and/or Safari.

I’m having this problem on all browsers that I try.

If you're accessing a saved or bookmarked link, please try re-entering the address manually in a new tab or browser. This can help refresh the page connection and may resolve any loading issues.

I have a user reporting this problem. I had him try manually and use the Google link/button for single sign on and he receives the same message.

Note: This was never a problem till today and all users sign in this way and no one else has reported this.

I looked in the support site and found no solution and then found this in the community site, but I see no recommendation or solution.

Has anyone found a solution or workaround?
