Have you tried doing some basic troubleshooting on your app? Please follow these steps:

Log out of the Microsoft Teams mobile app.

Delete the Microsoft Teams app from your iPhone.

Reinstall the Teams app from the App Store.

Log back in.
This process will clear any old or stuck settings and ensure the app downloads the latest configuration, which should include the RingCentral app.
Well today the link that was sent to teams worked...but it downloaded the Ringcentral App and not the Ringcentral App for Teams. I’ll try reinstalling Teams.
