Ringcentral for Teams works on desktop but not on mobile phone.

I’m trying to set up Ringcentral for our company. I’ve enabled the app in Teams admin and it pushed out just fine to our desktops running Teams. I’ve even made calls through the app. But for some reason it isn’t coming up in the Teams mobile on my iPhone. Has anyone ran into this?

Hi @InspGadgt,
Have you tried doing some basic troubleshooting on your app? Please follow these steps:

  1. Log out of the Microsoft Teams mobile app.

  2. Delete the Microsoft Teams app from your iPhone.

  3. Reinstall the Teams app from the App Store.

  4. Log back in.

This process will clear any old or stuck settings and ensure the app downloads the latest configuration, which should include the RingCentral app.

Well today the link that was sent to teams worked...but it downloaded the Ringcentral App and not the Ringcentral App for Teams. I’ll try reinstalling Teams.

Reinstalling Teams worked. The app now shows up under apps in Teams.
