I need to set up automatic SMS for missed calls and voicemails to a different phone number than the main phone number.  I have it set up for the main phone number, but I need it set it up for our second line 24/7 please.

You can create a new missed call workflow by importing the template here:

After imported, go to workflow and add a condition for the call missed trigger:
 

Same for voicemail auto reply:

And when you create automation, you need to make sure you are setting workflow for the extension user who own the second phone number (who can receive the call actually).
