Recently RingCentral introduced it's AI capabilities which can transcribe, summarize, list action items of the call recordings and share with the Sales Agents. 

 

We are looking for a way to get these call summaries and action items to the Zoho CRM and associate with the specific lead. How can we do that?

@media-1 This is something Workflow Builder will be able to help with in the future. In the meantime, this can be done accomplished with a RingSense license. RingSense can seem expensive at first glance, but talk to the Sales team and let me know what you will be using it for - they might be able to offer discounted prices in some circumstances.

If we have gotten the RingSense licenses, and have done the integration to Zoho CRM - how can we access the settings of the integration to further customize what and where the call logs get pushed to Zoho?
