It would be very helpful to have a feature that sends automatic texts when someone calls. We serve a very specific set of clientele who call a lot but very often do not leave a message, and then later accuse us of not being responsive to them. I would love to be able to have an automatic text sent out to any number that calls saying something like “Thank you for your call, and please remember that if you do not leave a message, we do not know to call you back...”

@Josh Deere That is certainly capable today using Workflow Builder, and we have pre-made templates for these use cases. 

I should advise you though - rules prohibit companies from sending SMS to customers without their consent. So texting someone just because they called, and not collecting consent can result in SMS sending being revoked by carriers.
