RingOut isn't working in Workflow

Unable to get Ringout to call the number listed in the workflow.

Thank you ​@ByrneReese I managed to get the workflow(s) to work, but I had to create separate ones for the Ringout feature to work. When utilizing a “condition” or “branch”, the Ringout wouldn’t engage.

@Aaron Let me ask the team to investigate. Have you checked the execution history to see if any errors are reported? Can you confirm the workflow is being triggered/executed?

@Aaron Our engineers are reporting that there are a number of errors appearing in our logs that look like this:

"errorCode" : "RNG-104",
"message" : "'from' and 'to' phone numbers are same : ['to' and 'from' phone numbers are same]"
}

I am going to confirm if these errors are stemming from your account, but I thought I would share this information with you as it might be helpful.

@Aaron Could you export and share your workflow here? I would love to see a version that works and the version that doesn’t. I’d like to understand what specifically is different between the two and what makes it work.
