I need to change my email address in RingCentral.

I understand that you cannot do this in the app.

However, when I log into the web version of RingCentral, but I do not see an option to log in to the Admin Portal.


Windows 10, Chrome Version 85.0.4183.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Can you advise?

Thanks, but there is no "My Extension" on my web page anywhere once I am logged in.


I've been told that I should be able to login either as a user, or as my own Admin, at the RingCentral home page. I do not seem to have the option of logging in as my own Admin.
