Got my account all setup and was assigned a number for "Company Main". I recently completed porting over my business number from the old provider and would now like to assign that number as "Company Main", but cannot seem to figure out how to do that through the GUI.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Chad! During the submission of a port-in request, there is an option where you map which number you would like to replace when the new one is ported successfully. But no need to worry; contact Tech Support to do this for you since there is no setting to change it in the Admin Portal. You may submit a ticket at https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case.html.
