Hey everyone,

We are excited to announce that RingCentral App Connect now includes a web-based Admin Console!

This new dashboard gives administrators a centralized place to manage App Connect without needing to install the Chrome or Edge browser extensions themselves.

What you can do in the Admin Console:

  • Set up Universal Logging: Configure server-side call logging quickly and easily.

  • Access Reports & Analytics: View detailed usage reports and analytics.

  • Manage Company Settings: Control settings across your entire organization.

  • Check Connectivity Health: Instantly monitor the connection status to your CRM.

  • Discover & Install Plugins: Find and deploy the plugins your team needs.

Flexible Management, No Extensions Required

If you already use the App Connect browser extension, don't worry—all of this same functionality remains available under the Admin tab inside the extension.

We built this web-based version to make it much easier for admins to set up and manage App Connect. Now, you can configure activity logging across your entire company without requiring every single user to download and install a browser extension first.

A quick reminder for your team: While the web console simplifies admin setup, we still strongly encourage all users—especially agents and active phone users—to install the browser extension. The extension is essential for your team to manually resolve any logging conflicts, such as when a call cannot be logged automatically because of multiple matching CRM records.

How to get started

Log in to your account and head over to the new Admin Console to check out these features today.

This is great. Does the plugin management section allow for installation of private plugins that are WIP or can that only be done in the browser extension?

@givp Yes, it supports same feature as the browser extension. Currently the admin console is on BETA, it is appreciated for any feedback or issue reports.
