We need to have the AI notes for calls automatically transcribed into Netsuite.

Then go to call log details settings (Settings → Call and SMS logging) to enable smart summary:

In Netsuite, there are a known issue about call transcript logging. If transcripts are too big, Netsuite will reject the logging it. You can only enable smart summary, and disable call transcript logging to avoid the issue.
