Hi,I've got two robocaller monkeys on my back, been spamming me every 2-20 minutes for the past day now. I've manually blocked their numbers, but they're still able to leave voicemails. Is there ANY way (ideally from the iOS app) that these callers can be completely blocked from both calls and leaving voicemails? Thank you!

We need to forward all inbound calls that normally go to our front desk to another extension for 2 weeks. I have tried to do this, but the IVR keeps playing instead of the call being forwarded to the temporary extension.

Hi there! I am just hoping for a couple of usability upgrades for your platform. Primarily, I would like to be able to adjust notification settings across the whole organization for Teams App chats like I can for incoming calls, texts, and faxes. Currently each user has to change their own through preferences in the app. Secondly, I would like to be able to link these aforementioned App Team chats through email. Currently you are able to post via email, but I would like to be able to connect staff members to a Teams app chat via an email link. Generally, I am looking for a few more notification control options over the Teams Chat application so that we may integrate it into our daily safety check in system. A system like this require fairly specific notification requirements thus my email to you :)

There are 4 of us working in the call queue and we often have to transfer to one another as well as to other extensions. Is there a way for me to drop the call into an extension that will show the person that it's a transferred call with someone else on the line vs. just me calling? I want our employees to know if there's a customer on the other line waiting or if it's just another co-worker calling them.

I've re-downloaded the app and downloaded. I'm using the mobile as well as the desktop app, every-time I go to changing the presences it doesn't allow me to change it and if it does it reverts back to busy/offline.

Why do we get error messages when trying to open a support case with Ring Central? We need support and can't even get a chat started without being able to log in. We can log into our RingCentral applications just fine, but NOT support.

I am putting in an enhancement request that you create an Outlook 2016 plugin to be able to integrate the user's personal Outlook Contacts into the RingCentral App. Our attorneys have hundreds of Contacts that they need to have access to daily. I am currently working remotely and using RingCentral to communicate with my team. But unless RC is the active window, my status will time out and it looks like your not online. Is there a way to tie in my status to my keyboard activity? This is the way the software worked at my last job, so everyone could see you were actively working.

How can SMS message can be printed from RingCentral desktop app? There I can see no print option given to print a conversation thread.

Hello, we're receiving Error 104111 when connecting from within a particular network. The same PCs, when using either a VPN on another network, connect to the meetings just fine.Is there a particular setting on our firewall that needs to be opened to allow us to start meetings internally?Thank you

Have had several months of our SMS messages being blocked by Verizon. Anyone else having this issue? RC says no, but even with a brand new number, many of our messages to Verizon are blocked. Is happening with all of our staff. It's even happening to my own Verizon phone; so it's not that people are blocking us. It's a RC issue with Verizon. Happens when sending from the App and API. Probably the RC portal too but haven't tried.

We have a customer who has a single shared line with 7 phones. They need two way communication (intercom) internally on their shared line. Is there anyway we can get internal shared line intercom functionality?

,Our medical office has clinicians at two locations with two different RingCentral extensions and also a main operator who transfers calls to both locations from a third number. Oftentimes a patient will call and leave a voicemail at the wrong location. Is there a way to transfer A SINGLE voice message to another RingCentral extension voicemail? (these numbers are not in the same que) The only way we have found uses e-mail with the message as a voice/audio attachment but this is not a secure option for our office.

Hi thereI have successfully created a test account in RingCentral and created a test desktop app which allows me access to see test call recordings. It currently uses Password Flow authentication which I want to keep. And it is enabled only for members of my own organisation/company.
