Need to be able to add logo on fax covers

I would like to see if someone can add to the excel report that pulls from the user information from the 'download user list' on the ring central admin site.Is this possible

Is there a way to report how many minutes we actually used?

I need the SENT fax history asap. Support is telling me they only keep 30 days? But yet all the history is available for the incoming inbox? What is going on here? This can not be right?

We have a 3rd party application that pulls in call and SMS data from the API and uses the RingCentral extensionId to identify the sender or receiver as a staff member.We have a staff member using the latest version of the newest RingCentral app: https://www.ringcentral.com/desktop-app.html#ring-poc-non-promo.However, when she sends or receives SMS via this version of the app, the extensionId does not seem to be included in the data.Any ideas?

I have spent multiple hours with IT trying to figure out why calls forwarded from one extension to another were not ringing the other extensions. Finally figured out that it's because those extensions were showing offline, and evidently the only way to show those extensions as "online" is to log in to the "Phone" app (the icon with a phone) on a desktop/laptop. If you try to login to the phone app with a mobile phone it makes you use the RingCentral app (the icon with an R) and it will not show the extension as being "online" if logged in with the RingCentral app. Only if logged in to the phone app. So in essence, there is no way to accept a call to a mobile phone through the RC app that is forwarded from another extension. When deploying the desktop app it only works for the administrator, is there a "switch" i can use to install for all users? I downloaded the exe. looking for options. I know there is an MSI, but it is listed as "no updates" or "will not check for updates"

Hi all, I have a customer who is using the new RC app. They would like to use the Auto record for all users, but they have some staff who take phone payments, thus they need to be able to pause call recording for GDPR, however with the new APP this does not seem to be available, when you try to hit record whilst on a call, the app just comes up with an error??Since this, the customer has gone to use on-demand call recording and this is working fine within the new app, so its just the Automatic Recording Pause feature that isn't?Anyone with any ideas?

Seeking a solution to be able to have RING meetings on office tv screens in the waiting rooms where no PC is available....would a firestick or apple tv work or perhaps an app for smart tv?

I have tried to update my credit card information and it says it is not accepted and gives me a toll free number to call.  I call the number and all I get are prompts and canned messages.  I cannot get through to a real person to solve this problem.

My users recently reported (and I confirmed with my own testing) that RC Phone and RingCentral are now allowing calls through during an active RingCentral Meeting session. This previously wasn't the case, and I have been told by RingCentral support that this is an intended "enhancement". Has anyone found a workaround, besides setting yourself to DND?For the RingCentral staff: if this is truly an intended enhancement, I recommend reversing that decision. Being in a RingCentral Meeting (at least in a business setting) generally means you don't want to be disturbed unless it's important. And for situations that are so important that it can't wait for the meeting to be over, there are usually other methods of reaching someone, such as a cell phone.

Description: We have a VVX 411 that we purchased from RC. We use a VVX D60 cordless phone as a slave to the desk phone. This cordless used to work and then quit. I ordered a new phone and the same problem persisted. I switched phone carriers and the cordless paired with the VVX 411 with no problem. Since we switched back to RC the base unit for the D60 will not pair again. It seems obvious now that the unit works but there is a glitch in the RC encoding that will not allow it to pair. This is 100% a RC problem on the development side.

I have been using Ring Central for about a year. Just last week, I started to have a problem with it. When I click on a ring central meeting link, it takes me to the launch page, but the application will not launch. I try to download and run ring central meetings, but it still will not launch. When I try to join via browser, I get an error message stating that the meeting has not started, despite me being the host.To resolve this, I tried the resolution that is listed in the support documentation, allowing all cookies, and adding Ring Central in Allow all cookies. This has not helped. I have tested this in Chrome, and FireFox.

I'm trying to create a dashboard for our company using some KPIs from RingCentral's analytics page. On that page, I'm able to get an "Answered" count and percent for each of the extensions I need to work with.Good news: when I fetch the call logs using the company call logs endpoint, I'm able to find the target extensions in the call legs with the "Detailed" view.However, when I compare the counts from the API with those in analytics, there is some variation. What is the default password when using Ring Central sandbox through SSO credentials? I can't seem to reset my sandbox password either.

A few of my users have had an issue where they get an alert that automatic call recording has been enabled for a call queue. The issue is that no admin on our side has made any changes in RingCentral. This issue has occurred twice in the past 3 months. When I call RingCentral support they can't find why this occurred and mentioned there is a feature request to allow auditing on call queues so that they can track the cause of it.

I am under the impression that support for SMS A2P 10DLC is not yet fully rolled out across all telecom providers. How is RingCentral supporting this right now without full rollout across all telecom providers?

I'm attempting to implement 3-legged OAuth and I saw a post from 3 years ago stating the Authorization Code expire time is 5 minutes. Has this changed since then? It seems to be much shorter as by the time I copy/paste my authorization code into my app (after about 5-10 seconds), I get an error "Authorization Code is Expired".I'm implementing a desktop application but the authorization code request is done via a web page, so I was thinking of having the user authenticate and then copy/paste the auth code into the desktop app which then requests a token.Please let me know if I need to change my approach due to the expire time.Thanks!
