Does the Voice Recording file names downloaded from the RC Admin portal have recordingID in it?We found some incorrect recordingID's in the voice recording file names. Please clarify us formally. Example: Recording ID for below call is 1161461030020, But it is showing as 1161461031020 below in the voice file downloaded from the admin portal.

Lines are getting disconnected intermediately stating session expired with the errors attached screenshot.The call is getting disconnected while the users are on call for more than 30 minutes and then the below attached errors pop Dialer state is changing to offline intermediately. Error:Session expired. Please sign inCannot connect to the server. We are investigating the possibility of using a chrome extension. I attempted to follow along with this tutorial: https://ringcentral-tutorials.github.io/build-chrome-ringcentral-widgets-extension-for-crm/#0However, at step 3, when loading the extension from the dist directory, chrome reports an error:There isn't much for me to change in the steps of the tutorial, just couple of npm calls and config.js changes described in the tutorial. Does anyone have any ideas for getting it working?

Getting the error as "web phone unavailable" from the embedded widget application integrated into our app from a pop up page."web phone unavailable""Sorry, making calls using this browser is not supported""Please grant RingCentral Embeddable to access your audio."But this is working when we access it seperated from a html page. only from our app pop up page hosted on a server throwing this error. Customer has Essentials Plan. This plan appears to have a connection with Zoom for video conferencing. Customer wants to know what the user limit is.Customer would also like audio conferencing but knows that means a move to a Standard Plan. How does the current video conferencing in Essentials via Zoom compare to the RingCentral Video with 100 user limit?

We did the authorization with java SDK and saved required tokens and using the same tokens in javascript sdk using below code platform.auth().setData(tokens); But here I confused on how to get the WebPhone from the platform object. Could you please provide me the code to create a WebPhone after setting the tokens to platform.

I am newly using Ringcentral for testing its feature, and came across this question...If I need to send high volume of messages, the is the maximum number of messages we can send in a day?Also read somewhere that Ringcentral has created some new kind of Api which will produce high volume of messages per day.. but we need to apply for that.. any link for that?

If someone sends me text message in my Ringcentral number, where can I view those text messages?Where do I need to search in my account?

I have a general question to ask. In case of sms failure, how to resend the sms again?If the status shows sendingFailed, how can we handle that scenario and resend the message from the Api?

Twice in a couple weeks now, the texts I sent from the RingCentral app.glip.com page from my desktop (using a Chomebook) to my cell phone (AT&T) never went through. I rely HEAVILY on texting from my Chromebook using the app.glip.com page, and now I'm beginning to wonder if many other people are not getting my texts, also. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am using python to get call status on on certain extensions. If an extension has an active call I want to return the "from" number; however, Python doesn't like it when I use "from". It works for fromName but not from.
