US account, RC case number:11046551,Software version of Polycom VVX 250 phones: 5.8.2.4732Plantronics Blackwire 3215, 3220, and 3225 headsets connected directly to the phone via USB.After spending 3 hours on the phone with RingCentral support, (who tried as hard as they could and had engineers from Polycom/Plantronics headset and phone division on the line) we eventually failed in our goal of having our Plantronics Blackwire 3000 series headsets volume persist between phone calls on any of our phones.After reading information on other posts it looked like the problem may have been a configuration setting with the headset parameter<Volume voice.volume.persist.headset="1"/>If 0, the headset receive volume will automatically reset to a nominal level after each call.Above is the defaultIf 1, the volume for each call will be the same as the previous call.

We are using the RingCentral Standard Canadian.I'm about to start the porting process for our direct dial numbers and our main company numbers. I've already setup our current system to handle the forwarding, but once I've started porting them I want the RingCentral system to be able to show our current DDI's and company number as the outgoing caller ID instead of using the temporary numbers in RC.Will I get this as an option once I start porting?

I am making a centralized system for call control - whereby my app can tell a user's phone to make a call (pretty standard stuff on other platforms)I am still using the dev sandbox so maybe that is part of the limitation - but anyway here goes with the issueIf I have authenticated my server app as say 'extension 101', when there is a call on 'extension 102' I can control it fine. Does anyone else have an issue with the presence feature either not working or showing delayed results? I blamed our firewall for year, but since lockdown we hace all been working from home with standard home grade routers and it's just as bad. Either not displaying people on the phone at all or there is a lag. It's really annoying when everyone is working from home and we have no visability of their status.

We would like to use RingCentral and Teams to schedule conference calls like Webex Teams. We are using the latest Ring Central desktop app and I have created a team. It does not seem to offer a schedule option to schedule a Teams conference call. Does anybody know if this is even possible and if not can this be added later as a feature?

I have a US account, only ever used for faxing. Tried to send a fax yesterday, the desktop app and the web app did not give me the compose fax option. Can see old faxes, but no way to create a new one. Even tried fax to email and it gave me this message "The fax you submitted on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 12:55 PM could not be sent because your account doesn't have fax sending capabilities. The URI rcmobile worked for the Ring Central Phone app but does not work for the RC App. Since the RC Phone app is being retired and replaced by the RC App, this rcmobile URI needs to be updated to work correctly with the RC App. This is a critical problem that needs to be addressed.
