When I reviewed the case with the recipient's fax support person, I was told that my fax is attempting to come in with a foreign area code and number: 650-655-6633This fax number has been associated with sending BLACK SPAM pages. It is being blocked automatically by other faxes.Why does my fax not have MY caller ID? It is correctly entered in the required fields.Are my faxes rerouted via an American number?I am fed up of thinking that a fax was successfully sent only to then discover that nothing was received. Zoom has an option to allow the host to use 2 cameras. I would like to setup a large meeting space to utilize this function. Can RingCentral Meetings support 2 cameras??

Hi I recently invited someone to glip. When she click the link in the email, she were prompt to a login page of Ring Central. However we can't find anywhere a link to create an account! We had to go back to homepage of RC, create an account and then follow the link in her invitation email. I don't understand why is so complicated. I will have to explain this to each new user, which is totally not user-friendly. Thanks Mlanie

I keep receiving e-mails saying my account will be deleted for not being active. I join meetings almost every day. What gives?

Can you still use your fax machine to receive faxes or does it all have to go through the app?

How is it that Ring Central cannot direct external calls to voicemail while allowing internal calls to go through? For what they charge, this feature should be a part of the service.

I am not using any app or cell phone (nor do I want to). I just want a fax that was to to me off of my RC portal.Thank you.

Such as number of texts send/received, and time to respond, etc.Our business communicates with a large number of clients on a daily basis through phone, text, and email.We regularly analyze our phone call data, such as length of call, time to answer, how many times one customer called, missed calls, etc. We use texting almost as much as phone calls, so we need to see similar data about our text messaging.The benefits of such a feature to me seem obvious, that we will be able to track our progress as a business and to see places where we need to improve. Its very important to see the data of how the support team is communicating as a whole to our customers.

Ringcentral app in my Salesforce browser won't let me directly respond on a text thread or scroll all the way down to the new messages. I've cleared cookies, signed in and out and even tried on different browsers.

hey , i have CA us numbers and i travel outside the state , i notes that i can call from the app but i cant received international calls ( from the state to my phone at the other country ) .what can i do ?

Hi all,I just created a simple call queue with 2 users.At the end it gave me an extension number for the call queue but I was not able to add an actual phone number for people outside my organization.Any idea what I'm missing and why I'm not offered to use an existing RC phone number as the main number of this call queue?ThanksRegardsRemo

When I turned on my computer this morning the On Hold recording started running immediately. I set custom times for the business to be open and right now it should be closed. How do I stop the on hold feature from running so I can use my computer to listen to other programs and not have this endless loop of "Thank you for calling .."

As of 7pm on 5/8/19, the archiver has stopped uploading call recordings to Google Drive. I have dropped and re-added the account with no success. This tool has been very beneficial vs having to upload these calls manually.EDIT: As of 2PM 5/9/19, it appears to have started working again.

We are beginning to use Microsoft Teams and like it a lot--but the video quality using the old Skype for Business is not nearly as good as RC Meetings. Is there any way to use RC Meetings from within MS Teams? I know that zoom.us does have a connector to MS Teams. Is there something available to better utilize RingCentral with MS Teams?Thanks

I deleted my call log from my desktop app but now it doesn't keep a log of any calls dialed or missed on my desktop app. These are only recorded on my web page ring central. Is there a way to get my desktop to log these calls again so I don't have to keep logging into the web page to see missed calls. Thanks.

Click on RC icon, swipe down from very top of screen and message ''switch to this device'' appears. Must click approval to reconnect caller.If call is initiated from mobile, this situation never happens. Incoming only.iPhone 8 , iOS 12.1.4

Incoming calls dropping while in session. Like 15-20seconds after the call is picked up.This happens since this morning, Outbound is perfectly fine, just the inbound calls that are having issues.

List of Enabled international sites does not match the list for a meeting. Specifically the option to Invite by Phone which is really Call Out. RingCentral does not offer incoming local numbers and those countries do not have access to the internet. They have no way of joining a meeting. This was not clear when RingCentral advertised international support. We verified the countries of most importance were on the list so it was misleading. There are additional conversations, many several years old, requesting various countries be added for local numbers or enabled for call out. To date very few have been added although requested. What is the long term plan to meet the needs of those customers requiring international access?

I tried several times sending faxes via RingCentral to a fax machine which is attached toATA Router and configured in RingCentral but never successfully transmitting a single fax over. Receiving error report "Fax Message Transmission Result to +65 xxxx xxxx - FAILED" but was not getting any details of the failure.However I get an error popped-up on the RingCentral screen after login. "E995 Service may be limited or unavailable. Your specific location may not be automatically communicated to the dispatcher".Could this error is related to the fax transmission failure?How can I solve the fax problem?

I noticed that the issue with multitasking while listing to a recorded call has been corrected. I can now listen to a recording without having to be on that page however when calls come in or if we have pending calls, the log appears to be on a 15 second to 30 second delay. Is this known to you guys and is this issue being addressed? I noticed this over a month ago but over the past 2 days it seems to be delaying worse.
