I’m testing out the SMS Campaigns app RingCentral SMS Campaigns - Beta would like to chat with others who are using it. 

  • Are any admin controls available?  Use case; setting daily or weekly limit on the number of texts my users can send.  
  • We’re on Salesforce and would love to be able to bulk text from a View or otherwise without having to upload a csv, anyone find a way to do this?
  • In testing, I’m only offered the option of sending a campaign from my own number.  Would love to have a support person do this on behalf of the recruiters.  Have you found a way to do this?

First of all, you can get direct support for using the SMS campaigns app by joining the app support team from within the app by clicking the icon at the bottom right corner of the app.

To your questions, unfortunately, the app is for each individual user to send/schedule SMS campaigns. Super admin cannot send messages nor campaigns on behalf of other users. And there is no integration with other CRM system to inject recipients list to the app.
