We have been trying to get pretty much any piece of RingCentral to function properly in Azure Virtual Desktop (since we're rolling out to the entire company). First the desktop app, then the dialer integration with Teams. I've been given an ultimatum to get RingCentral working in AVD or we shall be migrating our telephony to Teams later this year. Has anybody had success? I've seen multiple examples of people using RC with AWS or Citrix. Not sure why RC doesn't want to make their software work in VDI environments, with so many companies going that route.
