For some reason, I cannot access my Developer Credentials Page, the page keeps trying to load, and nothing is displayed. Also, I get an HTTP 523 status code when I try to make API calls to get the authentication token.

There is an outage incident in the sandbox server which impacts all these service, platform devtest, developers portal and sandbox service web.
The team is working on fixing and restoring it.
