I was using the Ring Central Call app from app Exchange in my salesforce, after following all steps for integration the when i check for the app the in lightning the dialer noto loading.

This was due to an intermittent caching issue impacting few of our customers which was fixed yesterday as soon as we saw it. Please let me know if you still see this issue.
