We'd like to see an integration with www.frontapp.com for Ring Central phone. This will be similar to Zendesk integration. We use that for our omnichannel support center.

Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to implement integration for all services. However, our APIs platform is open and it provides rich features for customization and integration. One of the quick and easy way to integrate the voice and text messaging services into a customer's Web site is to use the RingCentral Embeddable widget.
