Hello,

I am looking at reporting on call numbers for a particular skill.

There are 857 incoming calls (minus 29 pre-queue abandons, 85 abandons, and 106 refused, totaling 637).

The inbound handled figure is 762. I am unsure why my calculation of incoming calls would be less than inbound handled figure.

Is this the RingCentral Engage Voice or MVP service?

How did you get and calculate those numbers? Calling an API? If so what API?
