I am currently creating a Windows Application in C#. Its super basic and "dirty". Requirements:1. Download all extensions and put in an xls file. 2. Download all call-forwarding and put in an xls file. 3. Upload changes from 2 above 4. Download all caller id and put in an xls file. 5. Upload changes from 4 above. #1 is completed and works marvelously. Is there a way to send an SMS to multiple phone numbers separately using the API? I know that the SMS sending API endpoint accepts an array of phone numbers in the "to" argument, but when I do that with multiple phone numbers it sends as a group text including all the recipients. I was wondering if there's a way to separately send the same message to multiple recipients with one API call. I know the API accepts batch requests, but I'm unsure if this is supported for the SMS sending API endpoint.

I'm a new developer, so please bear with me, but I'm trying to spin up the demo and I get an error response the the Redirect URIs don't match. In the app settings I have a localhost redirect URI since I'm running the demo locally. US RingCentral Account - using Google Chrome Extension. I'm able to close the sidebar but still have a strange pop-up that I cannot move. It's floating on my Gmail Inbox and clicking on it only expands the sidebar, I cannot grab it and move it as you can with the sidebar icon that freely slides up and down the right hand side of the screen.Love the new panel otherwise.

I am looking into creating JIRA webhooks for everyone in our organization to alert them in Glip when a JIRA task is assigned to them. It works great when it is part of a conversation, but that doesn't make sense since its multiple people. Right now, if I assign it to someone in the organization, the webhook works, it is just not alerting anyone. There is no desktop alert and there are no little unread messages noticed on the icon or my name. Does anyone have an idea how I could get this to happen?

I'm considering changing over to Ringcentral as it integrates perfectly with ZOHO the crm I use, can anyone recommend an automatic dialler that will work with this, I currently use a service where I upload all of my data and it makes several calls at once and connects an agent once a call is answered, this gives us a great contact rate and I will need it moving forward, Thank you in advance..

We have several clients that are utilizing RingCentral integration with our application. We refresh the OAuthTOken using the RefreshToken once we see that the OAuthToken has expired (past its expiry date).This seems to all work well and good for days, weeks, even months but sometimes the refresh process fails with the following error:"error" : "invalid_grant","error_description" : "Login to account in current state is not allowed","errors" : [{ "errorCode" : "OAU-142", "message" : "Login to account in current state is not allowed" }]My question is - what causes this error? We are using the API for sending text messages. In the dashboard there's a graph which indicates how many messages went through and how many failed. Is there any place where I can see which all failed and why?

Hi,I'm planning to implement an integration/app to subscribe on posts events, and allow different accounts/companies to use this integration/app.Is it possible to set the app to be integrated for specific team/group? Or I need to use Glip API for groups to allow the user to select specific team -in my app page- to manage and filter the events for specific group?I could see that some of the existing integrations, allow the user to select specific team to install the integration on. Cannot access client's production account based in Canada. We can access all of our clients in the US, but when attempting to login with the Canadian's credentials, an authentication error is returned.

Hi,I'm planning to implement an integration app to subscribe on posts events, and allow different accounts/companies to use this integration app.For this subscription, we have to pass the Authorization and Validation-Token as header parameters, is there a way to do that for multiple accounts?The purpose is to publish an integration app to be apart of the integrations section in Glip, and allow companies install and use the integration.what can be shown in the installation forum? Can I get the access token and the authorization of the account that wants to install the integration?
