Launch RingCentral on iPad from Chrome (or Safari)

Can a RingCentral call be initiated from a browser on an iPad much like it Chrome on a desktop with the extension installed?

But not sure can be launched from chrome as supported in desktop.

When user install RC app in iOS and visit upper link in safari, browser will open RC app and make call with that number.
