I understand that SMS messages sent from RingCentral phones can be logged into Salesforce if you have the SalesForce integration from the app exchange.


My questions is, will the text messages still be logged into Salesforce if we send messages via the RingCentral API instead of manually through RC phones?


Generally, do you see any issue with the SalesForce integration if we send messages via RC API?
