My sandbox password reset link expires too fast. What do I do?

Every time I try and reset my password for the password when the link arrives it is expired as soon as I click on it.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I have filed a help ticket with the developer support team, but still no reply.

You need to wait for some time before the developer support team responds.

Generally they will respond and assist you.
