I have RC4SF set up in SF sandbox. I'm testing VoiceConnector for RC for Einstein Conversation Insights integration. Everything is setup and I just need to place some test calls sandbox to sandbox. How do I configure Open CTI softphone in SF to use sandbox extension? Hope there's something like sandbox mode in RC Phone.
Also, RingOut bogs down testing a bit. Is there a way to dial out directly with sandbox user? Same thing regarding not having auto call recording feature, but I see in another post I can call in to have this enabled.
