US RingCentral Account - using Google Chrome Extension. I'm able to close the sidebar but still have a strange pop-up that I cannot move. It's floating on my Gmail Inbox and clicking on it only expands the sidebar, I cannot grab it and move it as you can with the sidebar icon that freely slides up and down the right hand side of the screen.

Turned "Allow access to file URLs" off and then on and it went away.
However, has anyone noticed a lag when using Gmail? Today I noticed a lag when typing email (cursor hangs for 5 to 10 seconds) I'm testing by turning Ring Central extension off and will report.
