Does RingCentral provide service account concept to integrate RingCentral with external platforms like Salesforce? We are trying to build an integration to retrieve Call Transcript using RingSense API. Also, is it required for all users using RingCentral to have the RingSense license too? Or having only 1 license be sufficient to access transcripts for all call logs across all company users? Please let me know. Thanks

RingSense data is accessible via API. There are 2 ways to fetch the data, via event notification and via a REST API call. RingSense license is per user and is transferable from one user to another under the same account. Account super admin users can access RingSense data generated for other users under the account.

Does event notification RingSense webhook provide RingSense data for all the users in the ringcentral org or only the once assigned to the RingSense license? Thanks for the quick response! Appreciate it!

Yes, the transcript and insights data are available in the event payload. Only a super admin user can subscribe for the RingSense event and that is for all the users with the RingSense license.
